DODMERB timeframe problems

Due to some issues with getting my doctor's appointments in early March, I had to push them back to late March. DODMERB doesn't seem to be updating my medical status, and it looks like I am going to miss the 4/16 deadline to qualify. I haven't filled out any forms after my doctor appointments. Is there anything I need to complete and can do to speed it up? I know SAMullen I believe his name his typically helps with these things and it'd be greatly appreciated!

Mr. Mullen our son has been in contact with you for a rebuttal but his status continues to read Under DoDMERB Review will all accounts be reviewed prior to April 15

Oh I’m sorry I thought I was supposed to fill in my username for the first part, I will resend.
 
@MullenLE have you received my email? I used the subject line “Quinn.thegreat - SAF = DoDMERB timeframe problems” and have my full name and last four of my SS in the email. Is there anything I’m missing? I just resent the email from another email address as well incase the other one went to junk.
