Thank you for your reply. I needed to text my son to ask, and I just heard back from him that he is trying to log in to DodMERB. He said that just to make sure he is using the correct login info he has been trying to reset username and password, but he gets the following message when he puts in his email (which is strange since it's the same one DoDMERB used to email him that the systems were back up): "We were unable to access your information. Please contact
usaf.dodmerb.webmaster@mail.mil for assistance." He said he's sent numerous emails to the one it says he should contact, but he has not received any response.
He has started the process and had both his physical and eye exam, and he has been working with them on providing additional medical information. He sent back the information they requested in September and then he has heard nothing back since then. He's been trying to find out if they even received the information he provided before the systems crashed.
I will share your suggestions above with him and see if it gets him in to the systems. Thank you for your recommendations!
