DODMERB Tricare Website down?

Son and I have both been trying to access the dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil website for the past couple of days to check his remedials status, but have been unable to connect. No reply from a bug report to the Tricare webmaster. Seems to be independent of browser, location, or OS, or whether I type in the address manually or click on the link from one of Mr. Mullen's responses.

Am I the only one having this problem?

We are having the same problem with the website, cannot log on to check remedial status

There are some problems occuring right now for certain folks. It's an IT problem beyond the control of DoDMERB. It is being worked as we speak, but it is taking some time to correct. Again, Larry.Mullen@dodmerb.tma.osd.mil at your service for specific questions
