Hello,

I would really appreciate any help that I can get on here. I'm so frustrated and in need of some direction on how to get my issue resolved. I answered a question on my medical questionnaire regarding allergies incorrectly in November 2020. That was stupid on my part because I've never been diagnosed with any condition or any allergy. I just remembered a situation a few years back that I got sick on a plane. I thought it was maybe I had ate too many Almonds nuts earlier that day. It could have been anything but that was the first time I filled out my own medical questionnaire without my parents. That one response disqualified me from my usaf rotc program. My commander submitted a waiver request on my behalf on September 13, 2021. All medical was submitted from a allergy specialist and my primary care doctor. All cleared me with no allergies and nothing in my file. It does appear that my medical has not been reviewed and the deadline for field training selections are in a few weeks. I will be removed from the program if I'm not medically cleared by 2/28/22. Again, all medical documents have been submitted supporting that.

Thanks,
CortezL
