How soon after receipt of information will DODMERB update the on-line information? (i.e. a letter from an orthodontist indicated that braces have been removed...)
DoDMERB tries to get all remedials cleared within 15 days of receipt, but it can take as long as 30 days. If you have not had a status change on your file 20 days after mailing it off I would call DoDMERB and ask for a status.
