I am currently under waiver review for chronic insomnia. Is there anything I can do or documents I can get to help my waiver
get approved?

If the waiver authority requires anything, they will post it to the DoDMERB website :wiggle:

I had to do an AMI and that's when they determined I needed a waiver. My status still says under review. Was told if I don't see a change by the 9th to contact my case worker at DODMERB and she'd give me the direct number for the waiver department.

I was finally able to get a hold of my old civilian doctor and requested a copy of all my medical records pertaining to when I use to have depression and anything about chronic insomnia. I was never diagnosed with it but since I took sleeping pills in the last 12 months I am labeled as having it. Have you seen any other cases of Chronic insomnia/medication in the last 12 months waivers being granted?

Sooooo, if you haven't figured it out yet, I conduct PERSONAL medical issues thru PERSONAL emails, not on public websites.
What fits one person, may not fit another. All cases are reviewed for waivers are done independently, because the effects of conditions vary.

**Lay example: Broken leg today, will NOT be admitted into any SA Class of 2025....the same injury on the same person on 1 Jul 2021, will NOT prohibit them from entering the Class of 2026 next summer.**:wiggle:
