Dodmerb website down?

Hello, does anyone know why the Dodmerb website has been down?

The DoDMERB site can be frustrating when it goes down. I know- you can try sending the webmaster at the site an email. They used to be very responsive. This was a fairly common problem last year- guess they are still working the "bugs" out. So sorry....just try to be patient and zip off that email.
