So I took the examinations with Dodmerb. However, I realized that it got the authorization for the Air Force Academy. I haven't recieved it for West Point yet because I have not finished sufficient amount of forms. Do I need to take another examination? or will they just forward the Air Force Academy one?

Only one examination should be required. If you are disqualified for any reason by the DoDMERB, each SA or ROTC branch will need to assess if a waiver can be granted.

So once I get competitive enough for West Point, they'll just send my passing physical to West Point as well?

Yes.
West Point will contact DODMERB to initiate the medical process but will see that you are already in the system.
