How can I make my DoDMerb account send my file for multiple academies. Right now it only says USAFA but I am applying to USMA and USCGA as well.

not necessarily - the system hasn't requested item one from my DS - he messaged his "tech" three times and they replied the first time with "we have no physical on file for you" -- totally didn't answer the question of "I haven't received the documents to get a physical started" -- he kept emailing around until he finally got someone who sent the forms required to get an exam. Somewhere the "pull" had to happen because they weren't doing the "push" part.

That's correct. The academies do the "pull". On the first pull they arrange for the physical to be done and send the form. When another academy does a "pull", they simply send them the results of the physical that's already been done. Not sure what might have happened with your first pull, it may have been slowly grinding it's way through the process; but that's not what the OP was asking about. He or she appeared to be asking about a subsequent pull.
