My son received an email from DodMERB for his medical and vision exam but we aren't exactly sure which SA sent it. He is applying to USNA, USAFA, and USCGA. DoDMERB will only let him specify one SA. Anyone else know what to do in this situation or will all of the SA's have access to this information?

DoDMERB services all the Academies and they send their own correspondence, so it probably just came directly from them. If an applicant is in the system, the Academies will have access to the results when they are requested.
There is also a DoDMERB section to the forum, and it has one of the top people at DoDMERB who answers nearly all questions on there.
