I just scheduled my medical and eye exams and I was told I needed to download my packet and bring it for the medical exam. However, the left-side bar displaying the checklist will not let me scroll down far enough to click the link. How can I find and download my packet since it’s not letting me scroll? I don’t want to not be able to access it and then fail to report to the exam. Thanks in advance for any help

Tried a different browser? Tried going from full-screen to smaller window, tried scrolling inside that? Sometimes Govt systems don’t play nicely. Old school Internet Explorer might work.

I’ve tried all of that :( rotating on a tablet, small window, different browser. I don’t know what to do. I’m going to try a desktop computer tomorrow instead of the laptop and tablet I’ve tried but I’m just hoping there is another way to get to the link within the website since I’m worried the desktop won’t work either. The left hand gray bar does not scroll at all.

bluejayburrito = Send me an email: Lawrence.e.mullen.civ@mail.mil; provide your complete name and last 4; paste your postings - both of those - to the email :wiggle: . If I receive today, I'll answer very late tonight

Try zooming out of your browser so it makes everything smaller. Hit "ctrl -" until what you want comes into the screen.
Let me know if this works/helps!

After trying all night I finally found a weird method on my phone involving going from a special app to google to safari and then printing. Whatever works! I’m super happy and I appreciate your offer of help along with everyone else in this thread. This medical stuff is no joke but I’ll be super glad to be done with it!

Our honor and privilege to serve :wiggle:
