Hey y'all, I completed both my medical exam and optometrist check up in early November, and my dodmets app was updated on November 29th saying that my app was on hold. In the update, the site said that there were problems with my examination record, so they were fixing them with my examination providers but no additional action was required on my part. My app is still on hold. I have everything including my nomination submitted to the Naval Academy except for my dodmets. I emailed the CIV help email and received no response. I just called and left a voicemail on the number on the CIV website. Are there any other ways I could fix this?

Hello all, DS status on WP candidate portal says "scheduled in contract area" but both exams were completed the first week of December 2021. How long does it take of the status to update? Appreciate your guidance.

Overarching answer is, the portal you speak of is controlled by WP Admissions; not DoDMERB. But the fact you have completed your DoDMERB exams, is the most important.:wiggle:
