DoDMETS Clinic isn't doing exams bc of Covid Testing?

The preferred clinic suggested by DoDMETS will not take appointments because they are only doing Covid testing and urgent care. Is this common? DS requested a new provider, but is concerned this may lead to a similar result because DODMETS might be unaware which clinics are open to exams and which are not.

Have you experienced this and identified workarounds?

we had no issues but then the provider was Concentra and pretty common
