DoDMets down?

Hi. Im scheduled for an appointment in an hour and a half and I've been trying to get on dodmets to print off the required forms for my physical. Is it down for everyone? I've tried on two computers here.


Is there anywhere else I can get the forms?

It was down yesterday and they were wroking to correct it
