Hi guys. I'm applying to USNA for class of 2024 and went in for my medical exam two weeks ago and my eye exam was August 19th. On my status page, it says it will automatically be changed to a status of pending 10 days after my last exam:

Your application will be automatically changed to a status of pending as of 8/29/2019 if your scheduled medical examination records have not been submitted to DoDMERB by your authorized providers.

My status still says incomplete? Should I call Concentra (did my exam) to see if they have submitted my stuff?

Hi, our son's said the same. He checked with physician's office, they had submitted. Waited for a few more days and it began moving on it's own. Ended up with an error on Dr. paperwork, an unremarked box. Also, actually click on your red status box, it will open a screen that shows progression of your file through Dodmets. Good luck!

My DD encountered the same problem, she went for her exam on Aug 13th and 14th and it was "incomplete" until today. She received an email from Concorde last week letting her know they hadn't received the medical portion so she emailed them back and also called the doctors office. Doctor had submitted it back on the 13th and said they would resubmit. A couple of emails and phone calls and it looks like they finally have all her exams. Concorde will email you if it looks like there is a problem so I wouldn't worry just yet. Good Luck!

I was really impressed with how helpful Condorde was when we did need to speak with them (regarding remarks box with no remarks, Dr. was newbie). They answered the phone, were helpful, funny and got it done. Nice system.
