DODMETS Login

So I got the notification that I can login to DODMETS.com and schedule my appointments but when I try to login with my SSN and last name it does not work. Any suggestions or help?

Be sure you are entering the dashes with your SSN. That is common log in error (###-##-####)

Ensure they are hyphens, not dashes. There is a difference.

Clear your cache. Try different browsers.

And - check to see what SSN you used at the SA site. We had a recent poster who entered an incorrect SSN on the academy application, so that was the number associated with his records throughout all systems.

I'm having trouble with this as well. Cleared cash, hyphens, everything. Who should I contact for help?
