DODMETS scheduling issues

Anyone else having difficulty scheduling medical appointment with designated provider?
I can't even get anyone to answer the phone. CONCENTRA just keeps ringing and eventually disconnects. Is this a California problem only?
Any guidance is appreciated.

Ok. Just had to keep trying...over the course of 2 days, multiple redials until call goes through.
