DODMETS status incomplete-closed

When I checked the DODMETS website today, it says:

Your DODMETS case is Incomplete-Closed as of 9/20/2022.

I had both my medical and optometry exams several weeks ago. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

My son's status states Incomplete-closed as of 10/05/2022. But the bottom section of the status also states the following:
"
All of your examination records have been received, reviewed by a CIV Team case manager, and sent to DoDMERB.
Your medical examination records were submitted to DoDMERB on 10/5/2022 3:00:00 PM
It generally can take 2 to 4 weeks for a determination.
Please go to dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil to keep track of your file after it is sent to DoDMERB."

My last conversation with CIV team was that he was all set and they finally received his Audiology test document that was missing.

Is he all set or should I contact CIV team again? Thanks.
