I have been given the "complete & on hold" status. It says there is nothing for me to do and that "case managers have identified some errors in my examination records." I am just curious as to what that could be. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it is referring to or is the range too broad to tell? I think I'm just being overly worried but I had to call four times over the span of a month to get my examination records submitted. Also, does anyone know if this is an issue that gets resolved quickly or does it take several weeks? Thanks for any advice or comments!

It is something the provider did not do...possibly a signature.
