DoDMETS timeline

I am looking for some advice and guidance please. I took my Physical Exam 12/6 and Optical 12/24. On 12/29 my DoDMETS status was "complete and on hold". On 1/3 it was "complete" It has sat on "complete" since then. When I checked this morning my status is back as "complete and on hold" as of 1/18. I received a letter from USMA that I am Physically and Academically qualified and to follow up on my Medical. I also have 2 nominations. Any advise as to how to get to the next step would be greatly appreciated.
