DODMETS Update

Hello, I was just curious, it has been a week and a week and one day since my Medical, Eye, and Ear exams and I was wondering since I am still seeing a incomplete status and not pending should I touch base with the doctors office or should I just wait a couple more days. Thanks!
 
Hang in there.

Remember, the hard-working DoDMERB staff in Colorado Springs most likely had Monday off for Labor Day.
 
Thank you, I was thinking incomplete meant they hadn't had received the results yet but it is possible they just have not sorted through it yet. Thank for the advice @AROTC-dad .

Hi, just make sure you click on the red status 'box' at the top of your DODMETS page, it will open a screen that shows progression/action taken on your account. It should reflect date DODMETS received your medical and eye exams and any other actions. I found it by mistake, but was relieved since it updates every time any action occurs on your file. I am optimistic you will see status in detail. If there is no activity, you might reach out to Concentra, their number is on the DODMETS portal. They are really helpful. So here's the deal. When you made your appointment with the Concorde contract doctor and eye doc, you had to input the dates into the system.

That's the only way DODMERB knows you've made an appointment. IF DODMERB doesn't get anything back from the doctor and eye doctor within 10 days of those dates you put into the system, then DODMERB will ping their Concorde contract doc.

So I would wait at least 10 days as that's the standard the contracts doc have to meet to get the forms submitted to DODMERB.

Hi @Heatherg21! Just found this post - we don't see a red status box at the top of the DODMETS page. Along the left vertical side, we see a "view status", but that's just where it tells us DS's case is incomplete (DS just had his eye exam today, medical was in September). Is there a different status box we should be seeing? Thank you for your help, I just want to make sure we aren't missing something.

Shoot, I don't have access to his log in at this point, it is at home and I am at work. I can check tonight. I vaguely remember there being icons atop the screen, one was a rounded corner square shape??? When you hovered over it it would take you to status. But my memory fails me often so let me check tonight.
 
All the categories moved over from the top of the page to the left hand frame a few weeks ago.
