DODMETS website issue

Heads up! My DS has been attempting to submit his medical history on DODMETS for 2 days now. He gets to the "Confirmed" page but then no green checkmark in the Navigation menu appears so he can't e-sign it. He tried from Chrome and Explorer with the same result. We called this morning and the issue is with the website! They are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it. You cannot schedule the medical appointments until it is e-signed. You must call them and ask them to have the IT department manually go into the account and fix it. Hope this info helps other potential candidates in their application process!

How did you finally get onto DODMETS? My DS also applied EA but has still not received any email from DODMETS regarding the medical examination process. He will be attending Genesis next week, so he is planning on speaking to his AO while there about this.

My DS raised with the admissions office and they requested that his details be submitted again. He finally got his notice yesterday went in and completed his medical history and then found this website issue.

Make sure you look for an email with the sender as "info@concorde2000.com". Many email servers automatically divert an "info" address to a Spam or Promotions tab so double-check ALL email folders. If you don't find anything, then definitely reach out to your AO.

We had checked SPAM folders and also phoned Concorde Medical. They had no record of my DS even though USCGA had submitted his details on the 15th of October. There has obviously been some sort of screw up in the system.

On the subject of DODMETS, I am currently filling out the Basic Applicant form to confirm my profile. I am unsure of my exact height and weight. Do any of you know if I can make an approximate guess of what my height and weight is? Or will this cause bigger problems in the future?

Just approximate, they take your height and weight at your physical
