Did you try to access the AOG site and the WebGuy site with your AOG membership number? (under log in - "new user info" on AOG and "create new account" on WebGuy site?)
WebGuy is under "for parents" part on AOG homepage.
If that doesn't work - send them an e-mail with your member # or you could call them (719) 472-0300
