Does AROTC School Selection Influence Scholarship Decisions?

The seven schools of intent I have listed are MIT, Princeton, Dartmouth, NYU, University of Michigan, UNC Chapel Hill, and Indiana University. Does having three competitive schools as my top 3 have any influence on whether I'm awarded a 4 year scholarship or not. For reference, I listed Harvard, Columbia, and UNC Chapel Hill as my top 3 for NROTC and was awarded a tier 2. I just don't know if the process for AROTC and NROTC are the same.
