Does the portal report both SAT and ACT scores?

My DD took both the SAT and ACT once each. SAT score is 1490 (760 math, 730 verbal) and ACT composite score is 35 (35 math, 34 English....36 reading, 36 science). But on DD's NROTC portal, only her SAT scores are listed. Her ACT scores (from 6/2017) were officially sent way back in September, 2017 and are listed on her application. A copy of the official scores (SAT and ACT) were also sent to her ROTC coordinator.

Should her ACT scores be also specifically listed on her portal? Or can the portal only list 1 set of scores?

Do you think the ACT scores are better than the SAT scores and they should be the ones on the portal? I know they're only looking at math and verbal/English (not science or reading scores).

NROTC will take the highest scores and equalize to SAT norm. Only send your ACT. Don’t send your SAT, your ACT is superior. You will see a nice surprise on the NROTC Portal. Nice job on ACT.

Thank you. DD reported both 2 months ago though. How and who does she contact to get it updated? DD has tried her NROTC coordinator, but there has not been a response. Is there a "next" person?

It takes awhile for the score to be updated and scored. They will take the best one from your test score inventory. Usually only one rep you deal with in your region. He/she coordinates on your behalf. Be patient scores will come around. I don’t know your DD overall package other than what you reported here on the post, Test Scores. What is certain, your DD scores will look stellar. She needs to interview with an NROTC LT. Usually your stats and summary get updated after the interview write up. Her board will not meet until all are in place. Be patient.

DS has had the same issue. Since completion of his package he has taken two more ACT tests and there is no indication that they have received them and updated the scores. They both were sent after the testing results were announced. And also no replies from Coordinator.

Like to suggest you follow up with your local NROTC Rep once every 7-10 Days for an update. But don’t push them too much. They are under a lot of stress with deadlines.

Still waiting for any communication regarding the ACT scores. SAT and ACT scores were submitted in October, 2017. SAT score is 1490 (760 math, 730 verbal) and ACT composite score is 35 (35 math, 34 English....36 reading, 36 science), so ACT is the higher set of scores. But on DD's portal, they have SAT scores listed. DD did not take the test recently and is waiting for an update, the scores were submitted (both ACT and SAT together) back in October. Can't get NROTC coordinator to respond to emails. Where does DD go from here- who can she contact?

This isn't the only update that needs to be added to her application. DD earned 2 NY Stat-Scholar Athlete Awards and a Countywide Sportsmanship Award that also need to be added. These documents were emailed to NROTC coordinator 6 weeks ago....and no response here either.
