Hi, yesterday I got an LOA, and from way back in october I had a medical dq. Recently I have done my remedial. Could that mean the administrators know my medical conditions and think that they might be able to give me a waiver?

DQ in October …. Later did Remedial, assuming that USNA ordered remedial and/or is aware of the Results of the Remedial.

LOA yesterday … If the LOA is to NAPS, and you have no more actions, I would say you are good to go …. If you have a Nomination, and No more actions, I would say you are very close to a Direct Appointment.
 
@mara you didn't check back here, but I see that you have posted in the class of 2023 thread, that the Offer of Appointment for your DD came through.

YES! Thank you for all the support. The fact action required changed from medical clearance to none did indeed mean she was in. They waited to change the portal until her MOC called to announce in a more personal manner.

Apparently they did it on May 9th last year, so I wouldn't expect that this is what happened, yet. Maybe she should clear her cache/history/cookies in her browser and try again?
