Does This Mean What I Think it Does?

I want to make sure this is correct before I get my hopes up. I recently received a rejection letter for a nomination from my Senator. I then decided to check my portal the next day (today) and on the nomination part of the application it says “Your 2024 Nominations” and below it my state and district number of my Congressman. I thought for sure it said something like “You have no nominations for this year” before today. I haven’t received an email or letter yet. Does this mean I received a nomination from my Congressman?

Congrats! My son's portal changed yesterday to show his Congressman's Nomination (yay!), but he did not receive any other "official" notice (i.e. phone call, email, or postal letter) yet. He had heard from the Congressman's office via email on Monday afternoon to expect a notification of a Nomination or lack thereof by the end of this week, so he was on the lookout and checking his portal. It was a very welcome surprise to see it posted yesterday!

I saw nominations in each SA portal. I received an official letter from my Congressman three days after the first portal update.
An email from a MOC senior staff was followed to make sure if I received the letter. The email was sent two hours after the letter was delivered to my home. I think that they orchestrated this well-planned sequence to make a Christmas present! OP seems to have a nom for West Point since it shows a district number in the portal.

Update: Son saw the Nomination post to his portal on Wednesday morning and did receive an email from his Congressman on Thursday afternoon. The email was congratulating him and stated that he should expect an official signed letter in the mail soon!
