Hi there, I'm a current college reapplicant with an LOA to USNA, and was wondering if they require second-semester transcripts from college students. Any input would be helpful! Thank you!

They will ask for them if they want them.
If your grades are stellar, go ahead and direct them to be sent at the end of the grading period.
If they aren't stellar, wait for them to ask for them.
Whenever that contingency of your LOA is satisfied (getting a nomination, passing DoDMERB, getting a waiver, etc.) it will automatically convert to an Offer of Appointment.

I recently received a waiver, and my portal changed back to "Your application is under review", so I'm patiently waiting for that appointment! Thank you for the info!They will ask for them if they want them.

Well pal, you're in!
They will send three (3) forms to fill out and send back. One of them is a Police Record Check. This is sometimes difficult to get local or State police to fill out for you, so get on it right away. The other two are proof of citizenship and a body piercing/tattoo form.
