I thought that I would pass on this information from Barbara Gutierrez who is the Parent Liason for USAFA:

Subject: Doolie Day "In"
There's a change in the schedule for the Doolies this year. Doolie Day "In" will be on 10 July. However, they will not be leaving the campus and going to sponsors' homes. They will participate in Field Day, which is athletics, in the morning, and in the afternoon they will go to Arnold Hall for Doolie Day In. They'll have access to phones to call their families at that time. I'm told the local parents will not be allowed to speak to the Doolies during "Field Day" nor will they be allowed in Arnold Hall. There are other activities going on around this time frame, which is why this schedule has been changed. (I don't have specifics, though).
They will march out to Jacks Valley on 11 July and march back on 24 July. BCT graduation is on 31 July. The Acceptance Parade is scheduled for 4 August.
