I have heard things about certain codes being "non waiverable" could anyone provide anything on if these could receive a waiver?
D231.10, D232.02, D232.10, D232.50, D226.72

Maybe. Potentially. Perhaps. You have to go through the process, as discussed in your other thread.

Some forum heavy hitters have responded, here:

Again, those conditions you list are waiverable and also “non-waiverable” depending on the context.

For example, use of psych meds in the past 36 months. If stopped 24 months ago, and conditions it was treating like depression or anxiety stay in remission, no history of suicide attempt, etc then that single DQ has a chance for a waiver.

If the med was stopped only 6 months ago, then most likely no waiver.

So the direct answer to your question is yes they are waiverable depending on the big picture. In some cases, they are non-waiverable depending on the big picture. The big picture includes things like recency, history of recurrence, suicidality, etc
