Drug use as a teenager

For ROTC it will be equal to the tuition paid for the college. Don't know the amount for an SA. So even for someplace like Harvard the bill is going to be just shy of $200,000 for 4 years. And they don't let you repay over long periods of time. I know of some folks who were required to repay that amount within 5 years. Ouch.
