"Duplicate Value Found"

I've recently came across an error that says "Duplicate Value Found," is there any fix to that problem?
 
. . . what is the context of this error?
 
I have seen that error before. I basically had to re-enter everything in that section to get it to submit.
 
Contact USAFA support in the portal and explain your problem there. They responded to me in less than 24 hours back in September. Super helpful and they can help you better than anyone here
 
After you get it fixed. Going forward make sure you hit the “save”before moving to the next section.
 
I would remove any information entered after your last successful session. Then log out, log back in, enter some new data and try saving.

If that doesn’t work contact support as Yoitsfly suggested.

They will fix it very quickly.
