Early Action interview

My DS received an email on Oct 30, stating someone would be in touch in the next 30 days to schedule an interview. While I realize the 30 days has not passed, he has not received that interview request, and with Thanksgiving this week, I am admittedly getting nervous, as it seems we'll be getting to that Dec 23 decision date quickly. I know we all need to be patient and wait, but I just wanted to know if there was anyone else out there in the same boat, still waiting for that interview to be scheduled.
 
We thought about that and while I wanted him to email the AO, my DS wanted to wait until the 30 days had elapsed. He didn't want to annoy anyone.
 
My DD has not heard anything from USCGA. No email regarding an interview. She was assigned an alumnus as a mentor months ago, but have not heard from anyone in admissions. Should she reach out to her AO?
