I know it is possible to commission early in NROTC if you graduate early. In the september of your "senior year" after your 1/C cruise.
I also know the unit CO makes the final decision here if early graduation is possible. They have to approve of doubling up on NAV courses.
I also know this doesn't happen a lot.
My question is does anyone know the paperwork and process required for an early commission in the september of ones fourth year at college if they graduate in there third year.
Before I suggest or even consider discussing this with the staff I would like to do my research and understand the process. This would include a lot of extra work for the staff and before I even propose an idea I want to show I'm invested.
