Hey everyone =) I have a quick question, I got dq'ed for DoDMERB so I'm having the fun time of gathering medical record stuff explaining that I don't have any of my medical problems anymore and I was wondering what was the easiest/most convenient way to send my records to DoDMERB for the people? I know there is the mail/fax option, do they prefer you to fax? Or since I don't really have access to a fax machine can I scan/upload all of my files into a document and send it via e-mail? Not sure about the e-mail option. Thanks all

We just completed the waiver process with our DS. If I remember correctly, instructions specifically stated NO email submissions. And I think you could FAX up to 15 pages. We had over 100 pages of medical records plus discs of CT scans and X-rays. We boxed it all up and sent it via FedEx!!!
