Hi! So I am a Russian and Political Science major and a current MSIII. I am interested in going to grad school for Russian following graduation in order to become completely fluent. Would I be able to get an Ed Delay for that? I have a 4.0 GPA, a 270 pt score, and I am highly involved on campus.

If you want to become fluent in Russian, immerse yourself in a Russian speaking country for a semester or two. Have you considered Project GO?
