Does being a recipient of the Dwight Eisenhower Award give one a leg up in the admissions process? If so, how much of an edge on the competition does it give the person?

USMA Class of 2016 Candidate
 
Any award is viewed well. In the application, it asks if you have received national, state, and local level awards so you would put it into one of those categories
