This might be a dumb question but if I am applying for the class of 2013 will I still be applying for nominations from the current MOCs. If their terms end in January 2009 will they be able to give out nominations to the class that is entering in the summer of 2009 or will that be the new MOCs.

Swimmer, there are no dumb questions! It might vary per your nominating source but from what I've experienced, an outgoing MOC takes care of business left on his table before leaving. You'll be applying to your current MOC.

Jamz, is correct. The outgoing MOC does the nominations.
