Does anyone else feel like they function better at altitude? I feel more energetic and physically fit at altitude than I do when I’m back home where there is more air for some reason. (7258ft here Vs 3500ft back home)

It's not "more air" it's the air pressure. That and the fact that if you live at altitude, you have more red blood cells.

Speaking of red blood cells, are you allowed to donate blood while at the academy? Does the academy have their own place to donate or do you have to go into town?

running is harder for most people at higher altitude. I don't know about other workouts.
