Email for AIM registration - when should we expect it?

In the AIM acceptance letter, the info states that an email for registering for a session will be sent with instructions. Is the email sent right before registration begins tonight at 7? Any information would be appreciated.
 
I didn't get an email, but when I went into my Bear's Den at 7pm and clicked "My Events," AIM was listed and I was able to register for my desired session.

do you mean the candidate portal? I do not see "my events" tab....
