My DS was silver and received nothingI’m pretty sure Team Silver hasn’t contacted anyone, at least to my understanding. Everyone (including myself) who hasn’t gotten a call or email seams to be from silver.

Oh yes but it gives us something to do. Better than going out and writing reckless math equationsYes, a few posts on this forum are hardly a representative sample...I think even to speculate at this point is a reach.
thats a good signI'm team silver and received a phone call

The portal doesn’t show you when admissions reviewed your file.Have you guys checked when your applications were last reviewed? I heard my MOC had received offers of admission, but my application hasn’t been reviewed since October...
Ah, alright. Well that is at least somewhat comforting, thanks! The portal doesn’t show you when admissions reviewed your file
Do you mean that it doesn't show updates after they initially open your file? Back in March of last year, my portal said "Your application has been reviewed. Please open the attached letter for details"... I'm not sure if this was what you were talking about or not, but I also haven't heard anything since September so it would make sense if the portal doesn't update every time they reviewed your file. The portal doesn’t show you when admissions reviewed your file.
What I meant was that the portal doesn't notify you every single time admissions review your file. ( For an appointment, waiver, etc. they are going to send you notifications in the form of a letter. For pre-candidates and candidates the portal does tell you that your file has been reviewed because admissions want you to know that you have been promoted to the next step). On the other hand, when you complete your application, admissions will not let you know when they review your file and your portal will not reflect the revision.Do you mean that it doesn't show updates after they initially open your file? I attended FVE too! Just wanted to ask how we were chosen for that and if they looked at our file? What I meant was that the portal doesn't notify you every single time admissions review your file. For example, when I got chosen to attend the Falcon Visitation Experience (FVE), the portal didn't notify me that admissions reviewed my file. After they chose me, then they emailed me to let me know that I was chosen for FVE. Meaning, that for some things admissions do notify the candidate, but for others, they don't.
I hope I explained myself properly this time.
From what I've gather FVE is a program that the academy created to increase diversity. After receiving the email from the academy, I quickly researched FVE and I found this definition, which I think explains it perfectly.I attended FVE too! May I ask what is FVE? What do you mean by Falcon Visitation Experience? Thanks. What I meant was that the portal doesn't notify you every single time admissions review your file. Thank you for the clarification!I think you’re confusing a staffer “Looking at what is in your file” vs. the actual board “reviewing your file”. I’m sure the staffers pull parts of files all the time to look at them for things like FVE. The board reviews your file for an actual appointment and that’s what counts.
