Email needed to send college transcripts too since their is no paper due to COVID-19. Thank you all for your hasty replies.

Use the email listed in your portal. I’m not entirely sure if they would consider it official. From my experience, USAFA wants the fist transcript to be a hard copy. If this is just to update grades, then the email listed should work. For a better answer, email admissions.

Emailed them. It's curious though, because of the COVID-19 pandemic both institutions I'm wanting a transcript will not send out paper copies due to the pandemic and will only send a electronic one.
