I’m wondering if anyone can tell me are there awards for top performers during BCT?

Yep. Top performers receive shoulder boards on A-Day.
If you are referring to the BCT leadership, I do believe there is recognition.

There will be a top basic in each squadron; in years past those basics are presented their copy of Contrails from legacy class members in attendance at the parade.
There are also awards for Cadre as well as the Big Bad Basic male and female from the competition at Jacks

All Basics receive shoulder boards on A day and then are considered Cadets Fourth Class C4Cs

All basics who successfully completed BCT will receive shoulder boards.

The eight outstanding basics (one from each BCT squadron) will receive contrails from the legacy class graduates during the Acceptance Day parade tomorrow.
