So CO gave my package to XO since he used to be on the board of personnel at USNA. I asked him yesterday and he promised he was almost done Last thing I asked Chief was the proper mailing address for my endorsement but I will continue to contact him.

If your package arrival is cutting too close, you mighy not have the opportunity to ask the Chief to verify he has EVERYTHING and nothing else is needed (or desired).

You don't want to bug him too much, but you still have to track the package and they/he is not doing you any service by taking so long.
