Essay and AI?

So I wrote my essay - entirely on my own, only checking grammar on Grammerly. I ran my essay through and AI detector and it's saying anywhere from 15% to 75% was AI generated?? I already submitted it and there's nothing I can do, but I'm just sick about the percentage coming back on the detectors. Anyone else had this happen to them? I'm sure the academy runs each one to detect for these kinds of things...

I mean those usually aren't reliable. If you use formal language they'll pick it up as AI. Many works written more than 50 years ago will be flagged as AI if you check.

They’re total bull and I’m sure they don’t check for AI. My own teacher writing an LOR told me that his recommendation had flagged as AI, and obviously it wasn’t.
