My DD is good about getting her point across without being too wordy but with that she falls short of the 400 to 500 words required. We’ve reviewed them and don’t see where to add without throwing in needless words. Is this views negatively?
This is a great question and I'm sure others with weigh in. Personally, I like writing that is concise but makes the points necessary. If it's well written it will be fine. One good writing technique, is to delete any word from a sentence as long as it makes sense and doesn't change the meaning of the sentence (sounds like you may have done this). Generally good SA and NOM essays tell a unique story with facts to back the key points up. Pick three persons that you trust can provide good editing for content and grammar. Good luck.My DD is good about getting her point across without being too wordy but with that she falls short of the 400 to 500 words required.
