Do MOC have access to the candidate information portal? Specifically, I submitted my personal statement on there, but also wish to use the personal statement as my essay for a nomination from a MOC. Will they have access to that to see whether or not I copied my essay from the app portal? His essay prompt is nearly identical to the one required for the personal statement, so is there anything wrong with doing that?
