Hey there, my experience comes from being appointed to USMA CO 2027 and going through the admission process myself. I cannot tell you what a "good" CFA score is, but I do believe that is a passing CFA score. I noticed you put two different times for your shuttle run, which does changes your overall score.
Sorry about that, I think I fixed it. To be quite honest I don't remember all of my exact scores. I just estimated based on where I ranked compared to the average. I was at, slightly above, or below average in every event.
I think your numbers represent a 'passing' score. Continue to prepare and improve your fitness. I tell all of my students that the CFA is not at "end" but a beginning of a commitment to fitness to be part of the military. Below is a table outlining the averages for USAFA. They may vary slightly between SA's and years. If you attain an average result on each event, then you will be in the top 25% of all scores.
I don't know if your scores are good or not. But understand this: You are the master of your physical fitness. You can't make yourself smarter but you can determine how fast you can run and how many push ups you can do. If you are willing to put in the work. Few things in the military make as quick an impression as someone who is either in great shape or below average shape. I challenge you to be that physically fit beast who all the women want and all the men want to be.
