Evaluations at CORTRAMID

no lol, no one is evaluated at cortramid. just dont be the girl that hid behind a tree after the second lap of the inventory pfa.

I was about to say, they did a great job punking me if I was getting evaluated.

That being said, CORTRAMID doesn't really give the opportunity to be evaluated on anything.

Maybe not "evaluated," but you do have to pass PFT, and then in order to do some activities you need to pass other tests like the helicopter dunker test, the "plug all the holes 'cause the ship is filling up with water" test, etc. . . . right?

You take a PRT, Marine Options will also take the Navy PRT. I didn't hear of anyone failing.

You don't have to go to the dunker, you just have to pass a passenger level swim physical at ASTC so you get a letter saying you can fly as special crew in a Navy/Marine Corps aircraft. Nobody to my knowledge failed.

Your Damage Control trainer session is not graded and is not required to go underway on a ship or boat.

Thank you for clarifying, BarryD.
My son just got back from CORTRAMID West and he said passing the dunker test was necessary to be able to fly in certain aircraft (?)

Interesting. I also just got off CORTRAMID West. We didn’t have to go to the dunker, but we did our qual at the command that runs the dunker (ASTC Miramar). His week could’ve been different I suppose.
