Has anyone had problems regarding USNA evaluations being sent to teachers? I inputted my teachers info well over a month ago and they still have said they have recieved nothing, even in their spams. I tried resending a few days ago but no luck again. Has anyone else had the same problem, and what should I do? I could try reaching out to my admissions counselor, but I feel as if it wont really fix it as I contacted him about an issue I had over a month ago and it is still not yet solved, and I suspect others may be experiencing the same thing so I dont want to bombard him with the same concern 50 other people may have already contacted him about.

Reaching out to your Admissions Counselor is fine.

Be sure to have your teachers check their spam/junk folders. For some reason, USNA emails often end up there.

Same here. Some of the emails have been received, some have not. Yes, they check their Spam folders. My admissions Counselor keeps
saying they are trying to fix things on their end. Also my SAT scores and transcripts aren’t even connected to my application yet.

my daughters teachers found in junk email folder - they both did and she got the check mark USNA received - SAT scores are not checked and were sent a month ago from college board - guess it takes them time to retrieve them.

My son had same/similar issue. He sent his teachers and counselor an email either the same day or the day after sending through the portal asking them if they had received it and if they hadn't to please contact him. He also asked them to check spam folders, promotion folders, any inbox folder, trash, etc., and to use the search function to check also. He would resend every few days via the portal. Eventually he started getting back emails that they had "found" it or received it, except for his counselor. My son contacted his admissions counselor and learned it would be about two weeks (this was a week ago) before the counselor verification of activities form would be ready to be sent out.

If you continue to have issues, you should definitely reach out to your admissions counselor. They really are happy to help you any way they can. Also you might bring up the USNA website and use their chat feature. I am not sure of the hours the chat is available but admissions has always been quick in responding when my son has had to contact them.
